Kinect Adventures challenges users with twenty action oriented adventures which are set in exotic locales. There are challenging obstacle courses and roaring rapids to overcome. There is a leaky underwater laboratory which the user needs to save. Some of the games included are: RallyBall, River Rush, Reflex Ridge, 20,000 Leaks, and Space Pop.
- In RallyBall, the user or users need to hit balls and blast targets which are located at the end of a hallway. The more targets hit, the harder the game becomes. There is an ever increasing number of targets the user must hit or kick at simultaneously as he or she progresses through the game.
- The River Rush game has two players standing in a raft. They must work together to collect items which are located haphazardly throughout winding rapids. Players need to navigate branching paths and moving targets which requires and fosters a team-play mentality and develops coordination.
- Reflex Ridge has two players racing across a platform, jumping hurdles, avoiding low hanging beams, and avoiding other obstacles, all the while collecting icons as they race across exotic locations.
- In 20,000 Leaks your avatar the user finds him or herself underwater in a glass cube. In order to survive, he or she must move around and seal the cracks in the cube with his or her hands, feet, and/or head.
- Space Pop requires the user to pop transparent balls as they move between holes in the ceiling or on the walls or floor of the virtual room in which his or her avatar is located.
